We’re pleased to say that the return rate on our motors is lower than the average for many electric motor manufacturers and suppliers. However, in the event that you have an issue with one of our motors, we will happily honor the two-year motor warranty that comes standard with every purchase. To make requesting a replacement motor as easy as possible for you, we have created a smart, simple and hassle-free warranty process – see instructions below. #1. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE MOTOR'S LABEL
Snap a picture of the motor’s label with your smart phone, tablet or digital camera. Be sure that the label is completely in view and clean enough for us to read the serial number for that individual motor.
#2. EMAIL OR UPLOAD THE PICTURE
Once you have the photo of the faulty motor’s label, submit it to us by email or upload it via the Warranty Request form on this page, along with a short description of the issue. If you do not have a photo of the label, no problem – simply provide us with the serial number, and we’ll take it from there.
#3. WE'LL SHIP THE REPLACEMENT MOTOR
Once we receive the serial number of the faulty motor, we can look up your purchase history and verify that your 2-year warranty is still active. We will then ship a replacement motor to you within 24 to 48 hours or issue a credit to your account. It’s that easy.
